The Easy Option
I have a varied background in art, the fashion industry and property. I'm currently exploring interest in Social Co-Living for a property I've developed in Grey Lynn after some interest in this model. The model would provide like-minded Waihetians with a home in the city within an active social group. Please see the walkthrough video for the property and contact me if you're interested to know more: https://www.villagereserve.co.nz/ I am also passionate about my personal art style and have been developing the brand I had in my early twenties and the art I do today, which is close to me, as it's my sense of humour and personality: https://spaghettihead.com/ My background: My business life started artistically in my late teens, painting murals and designing cafe tees, which evolved into an art collection I sold on t-shirts throughout New Zealand, Australia, and the UK in the early 1990s. After travelling between countries and seeing the exciting fashion happening at the time, I turned my focus to clothing design and wholesale. I finally sold the company in 2007. While most of the production was made in New Zealand, in the last four years, the production was in China, with substantial volumes, fabrics were sourced directly from international mills, and I supplied 150 clothing stores throughout New Zealand. Since 2008, I've been overseeing my property renovations and enjoying international travel. Recently, I've been developing my Spaghetti Head collection and am considering developing a skincare range. Please feel free to connect with me if you have any interest in Co-Living, art, discussing property and business ideas, or just for a fun coffee.
